Since 1993 Andrey Delchev, the firm’s managing partner, has acted as an arbitrator at the main Bulgarian court of arbitration – the International Arbitrational Court (at BChCI). His experience in hearing cases has made him one of the most popular arbitrators on the one hand and placed him among the very best counsel for arbitration proceedings on the other.

Together with experts from the firm’s litigation and arbitration team, Andrey represents clients in international arbitration proceedings under ICC, UNICITRAL, ICSID and LCIA rules with great success.
