"Eurolex Bulgaria" Lyd. has closed a serious deal for purchase of land for a foreign investor

At the end of November 2005 the company has closed a serious deal for purchase of land for a foreign investor into the region of Varna. Before the purchase the land has been a large agricultural airport.

The team of Eurolex Bulgaria Ltd. has prepared a detailed due diligence and has consulted the foreign buyers into the process of specifying the most appropriate mechanism for gaining, the tax aspects of the deal and the drawing up of the complete documentation. The deal was additionally complicated by the presence of a number of interdicts over the estate and tax debts of on of the parties on the deal. After the finalizing of the deal there shall be undertaken the necessary actions and procedures for change of the structural plan for change of the statute of the estate.
